Cancellation policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log in to your customer account on our website and manage your subscription from your account page, or email us at hello@heartofletters.com.

If you cancel before the next billing date, you will not be charged for the following month. Please note that cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will still receive any mailings that have already been processed for the current period.
